The Echoes of your life

 

We still grieve the loss of our dear little dog, almost two years on, it still hurts to think too deeply of him. It is only through grace and faith that we have moved beyond the desperate painful loss of our dearest companion,

Yet still when we sit in the garden, we feel his essence and so many memories flood back. The utter sadness of the immediate loss has gone from the surface, yet still when we think of him, we cry. Today I felt him close by,

I write this poem.

The echoes of your life

Run deep in our veins.

Your loss is far beyond words.

Our hearts are still broken

On the deepest kevel,

So much missed,

So loved,

So very precious.

We celebrate your life

But we oh so sadly grieve your death

And our sad part in it.

Blessed little corgi,

We will love you forever.

May we all find comfort and support when we go through such a loss. May Hod help us when we need an extra lif to get through the day.
