Today the sun is shining here. There are new signs of Spring every day. Purple crocus, bunches of snowdrops, the occasional early daffodil, multiple Hellebore heads and the Ribes is beginning to open its buds. Each one a joy to watch unfolding before us. Let our hearts be lifted then, by nature and beauty. Let us feel the hope of new growth even if we feel down-hearted by circumstance.

You can know if a word is of God because it will be authentic and true.
It will resonate deep within you
It will always bring a sense of goodness, light and wonder into being, that
keeps you safe and strengthens and uplifts your spirit.
It will give you a sense of Peace and Light that helps you know it is of God.
On this special Saint Valentine’s Day, it is our hope that we may we all find Love: the Love of the Father, tender and true, the Love of the Son, compassionate and merciful, the Love of the Spirit, full of Power bringing gifts to heal and save the world.
May Their Love bless, uplift us and strengthen us all, thrill our hearts with new possibilities and bring us hope and protection in difficult moments. Amen
What good are words
If they are hidden away
In an unread book
Or scribbled on paper
Never to be read by another.
Is expression enough
Or is sharing necessary?
Does it matter if you are seen and heard?
Your feelings, thoughts, ideas matter,
Yet will they make a difference
If they do not touch another’s heart with compassion
Or their mind with enthusiasm
Or their lives with action?

There must be more than self expression. It needs to be heard, so that God’s gifts bless others. Amen
We call on God
When despair looms large
When things do not go well or according to our plan
When things feel hopeless
When Peace is lost
When the way ahead is not clear
When we are in need
When health issues threaten to derail us.
We turn to God in hope
That He will not fail us
He will bless us
He will heal us
He will help us
He will lift us
He will fill us with His Light
And Guide us in His Way.
